Summer Tango Season

$20 at the door to dance, or come have a drink if you're curious about Tango.

Some people are curious about different kinds of dance but nervous to take a peek at the scene.  Our dance community is incredibly warm and welcoming.  Please feel free to come have a glass of wine and see what makes Tango so special!

This is a free event open to everyone!

Featuring Four Custom-Made Wine Cocktails:

Two “Dry” and Two with a hint of sweet: all perfectly balanced (of course)

1. Cucumber Melon/ Albarino: with a splash of red grapefruit and a drop of bitters

2. Lemon Lavander/ Chardonnay: with a hint of agave

3. Cherry Aperitif/ Malbec: with a hint of Palo Santo Bitters

4. Blood Orange Cardamom/ Merlot: with some garden herbs and real blood orange

Anyone who's ever had a bottle of my wine should know that I love poetry.  I have a John Keats quote from Endymion on every bottle: "A thing of beauty is a joy forever."

Endless Sound Cellars is hosting this poetry reading with The Olympia Poetry Network They are Thurston County's largest poet collective.

Open Mic sign-ups are from 6:30pm - 7:15pm.  Arrive early to get a glass of wine and a good seat!!

With a strong culinary background, Chloe focuses on thoughtful pairings and beautiful presentation. For this collaboration with Endless Sound Cellars, she has created custom charcuterie boxes for two designed to complement Mark’s wines and highlight artisan cheeses and seasonal accompaniments.
