Endless Sound Cellars is partnering with Oly Wines, a local bottle shop just down Capitol Way in Tumwater. What if there was a way to simply have a half-glass of vintage Dom Perignon, just to see what the big deal is? Ed Schlich from Oly Wines will explain the history of the bottle and explain exactly why the wine became so sought after.

The tasting is $50/ participant. Tasting Includes:
½ Glass Vintage Dom Perignon
Two other ½ glasses of more recent vintage Champagnes to compare and contrast.
Charcuterie Platter.
