Ever Since my fist vintage (2022) I’ve been saving a barrell of Graciano as a FORTIFIED WINE EXPERIMENT. We will taste the fortified wine out of the barrell and I will solicit opinions about how to finish the wine.
I will also provide a few fancy Vintage Port wines to provide a window into the type of wine that I’m attempting.
