Our BLIND TASTING CLASSES are oficially very very popular! Thank you all for your support and enthusiasm! I'm doing three or four of these tastings a month and they fill up very fast.

My Blind Wine Tasting Classes are a window into how I evaluate wine as a winemaker. The class is $50/ participant. For each Blind Tasting I choose any varietal (Cab Sauv, Chardonnay, Syrah, Riesling, etc.) and I will source six bottles of that varietal from all over the globe. This provides a window of how different countries and winemakers interpret the same wine, and presents an opportunity to do a deep dive into its character.
